Dear Dave,

I know you are not a judge or referee, and you try to be even-handed. So
allow me to take issue with only one of Dr. Al-Ubaydli's points: ARAFAT
IS NOT A "MODERATE." He has demonstrated daily that he DOES seek the
destruction of Israel and the US. And continues to do so. Just read the
English of Al-Jazeera, or use the often-funny on-line translations of
the Arabic of any of his speeches.(See, just as a summary,
http://israeltruth.blogspot.com, my blog on the subject.)

If Arafat is a moderate, I cannot imagine who might be termed an
extremist.
