An HBO spokeswoman, who asked not to be identified, said Wednesday that ''it's very unlikely'' that the documentary Comandante, which depicts a relaxed Castro amiably denying that Cuba has any political prisoners, will ever appear on the network if Stone doesn't agree to the changes. Stone is in Europe preparing to make a new film about Alexander the Great, and could not be reached for comment. HBO officials are uncertain if he'll agree and have not rescheduled the film, which was set to appear May 5. The news delighted Miami's anti-Castro groups. ''Everyone who's seen it says it's reckless,'' said Joe Garcia, executive director of the Cuban American National Foundation. ``There's no counterweight to it, it's just Castro in all his glory.''....
