As someone who just spent four hours watching "Windows Update" "patch" an
installation of XP for my employer, a process which required half a dozen
reboots, this statement induces giggles.

How many billions should we pay Microsoft in "awards and incentives" to quit
shipping broken and bug ridden software? Could be a lucrative business for
them.
