These DIY kits contain all the graphics, web code and text required to construct bogus websites designed to have the same look-and-feel as legitimate ecommerce sites. They also come with spamming software.
Sounds like something the DMCA *should* be used against, and easily can.ISPs routinely are getting DMCA takedown requests for other copyright violations, and counterfeit websites are obviously in violation of copyright.
