10 years ago today -- August 9, 1995 -- Netscape IPO'd, and ushered  
in the
Dot Com Boom that has brought us to where we are today.  (It was also  
the
first and only tech company I both desired and bought at IPO, too.  Ahh,
those where the days....)

5,000,000 SHARES OF COMMON STOCK
