Recently many confidential files leaked to the Internet from the PCs of
police, army, NTT etc. because the PCs were infected with the viruses
that copy user's private files to the upload folder of Winny, a very
efficient P2P software.

Japanese government blames Winny, but the real problem is the
vulnerability of Winny that can be exploited by viruses. However, nobody
can fix it, because Winny's developer, Mr. Isamu Kaneko, was arrested by
police last year. He says "Winny's problems can be fixed technically,
but I am forbidden to update it."
