The judge would be perfectly within rights to attempt to order ARIN to do something everytime an IP was used to get around his order.
--------^^^^ NB: if the Spamhaus operations are in Europe, ARIN has no say in the assignment of IP addresses - that job belongs to the RIPE-NCC in Amsterdam. between Spamhaus being in the UK and RIPE being in the NL, the transnational jurisdiction matter of requiring an NL-based orgnization recognized in its official role by the EC to enforce a ruling against a UK organization will be decidedly non-trivial. -mo ------------------------------------- You are subscribed as lists-ip () insecure org To manage your subscription, go to http://v2.listbox.com/member/?listname=ip Archives at: http://www.interesting-people.org/archives/interesting-people/
