Of course, the right-wing anarcho-libertarians who never saw a property-right they didn't love probably just love the concept of a new form of "securitized lawsuit option" - perhaps we can create a market on one of the commodities exchanges for Lawsuit Futures and Options on Lawsuit Futures.
