Dave,This has been what Canadians faced going south for decades. Sorry for those individuals but I can't help feeling its about time things got cleaned up. Maybe this will be the impetus? All the Canadians are doing is implementing policies that the US asked its major partners to do. Now that we are doing the same doesn't the original policy look somewhat silly?
