by Elliot Maxwell on openness in health care, which was just published  
by the Committee for Economic Development and can be found at http://www.ced.org/docs/report/report_healthcare2007dcc.pdf 
  or at  www.emaxwell.net  I've attached a press release summarizing  
the report's findings.

This is another in a series of excellent reports from CED on the  
importance of open standards and open source.
