Actually, if you take a look at the actual Flash video of "Ms. Suspicious," at

(click on the second thumbnail from the right), you can see that
this fictitious character has nothing to do with wiretapping. In
this ad, "Ms. Suspicious" is a character who is uncomfortable with
intrusions upon her privacy at work. This character definitely does
NOT appear to be the sort who would approve of a telephone company
aiding the government in illegal warrantless surveillance.
