Greetings Dave,

In a much-watched appeals case today over alleged reditions that
resulted in torture, federal judges asked the Department of Justice if
the new Administration was continuing to assert the prior
Administration's claims of a 'state secrets' privilege.  According to
the Washington Post, the Justice Department attorney then confirmed
that the government still stands by that position.
