Here’s the potential fourth strike: I was just able to get a reservation active and confirmed at my local store for the model and size I wanted via the Apple Store App. I got the confirmation email that confirmed I had a reservation, but the blogosphere is saying that the Apple Store App reservations were disabled an hour or so ago. So I wonder what will happen when I, and presumably a non-insignificant people who used this same maneuver show up at our stores with our printed out emails to find that our mythical reservation was just that, mythical. --matthew From: Dave Farber [mailto:dfarber () me com] Sent: Tuesday, June 15, 2010 3:14 PM To: ip Subject: [IP] Hopping mad .. Apple/ATT blows it again and again and again and again and etc Does Apple have any incentive to fix their broken processes, as long as everyone is still falling all over themselves to get an iPhone? If you're going to buy the phone no matter how painful it is to do so, then they haven't lost a sale, have they? HTC makes some nice Android phones these days. The iPhone isn't the only game in town.
