Interestingly, Trump is claiming -- in various tweets -- that:

   1. The leaks are illegal.
   2. The leaks are lies.

These cannot both be true simultaneously.  If I make up random things
like "a dozen parakeets flew out of Pence's nose this morning" then
that's clearly a lie -- but it's not illegal.
