The arrests were made after an informant told police the suspects had allegedly purchased some of the stolen property, police said. They were identified as Angel Santiago, 42, of Queens; Carlos Rojas, 28, of Queens; and William Crespo, 26, of Brooklyn. Police were still investigating whether the three were involved in the initial theft. Taken from party office Three laptop computers and a hand-held electronic organizer were stolen from the office on Sept. 13, District Attorney Richard A. Brown said. Law enforcement officials said the computers did not contain any "sensitive" material. DNC officials did not immediately return telephone calls for comment. Santiago is a computer assistant administrator for a Manhattan investment firm, Rojas is a beer distributor, and Crespo is an elementary school teacher in the Bronx.
