Markus Lukawinsky is suspected of downloading e-mail and password files from the former employer. The FBI did not release the name of Lukawinsky's former or current employers. A federal indictment had been handed down against Lukawinsky in New Haven, Conn., last November, charging him with unauthorized access to the computer and interstate transportation of stolen property, said FBI spokeswoman Jan Caldwell. Lukawinsky was booked into federal jail in downtown San Diego to await a Monday court appearance. Caldwell said she expects him to be returned to Connecticut to face the charges.
