Msfupdate error

I don't know if that was the cause by itself, I ran across the same error
about a week or two ago but it resolved itself.  I believe I might have been
on a client site, so HD was most likely right (since he is one of the makers
of it, that makes sense).  I think it was probably a proxy issue at the
client site.
