Certain AV products cause the initialization to run for a long time or  
hang - McAfee and Sandboxie both caused massive memory/cpu hits when using  
the cygwin version of the framework. If you run into trouble using this  
package, try disabling your AV, or at least replacing it with one that  
sucks less (resources).
