 My question is simple J what is the  environment and the system requirements that need to be supply in order to work with metasploit in the hardware and the software aspects ?

there are no strict hardware guidelines, as the framework will run on most any hardware that has a ruby environment (1.8.7 or 
1.9.1, please). There are some "external" software requirements for some of the functionality, but this is ~documented 
in the individual install pages:
