If you implement your plugin standalone and require the user to install the nessus-xmlrpc library as a gem, that is one way to work around it.As I'm author of that code, i can dual license it :) What license do you need?MIT/BSD would be awesome :)
If you check http://rubyforge.org/projects/nessus-xmlrpc/ you'll see it's now dual GPL/BSD. Now the only thing left is that piece of code(patch) from Zate. I hope it's fine to have it dual licensed (same as nessus-xmlrpc), so I can include it back in the library. But just want to be sure?
