windows version MSF3.5 installation error

Hi All,

Basically, I am very new to MSF, I don't know if I did something
wrong. But when I was trying to intall MSF3.5, I got the following
error:
Unknown error while running D:\metasploit/postgresql/bin/psql.exe -U
postgres -p 8448 -h localhost -c "ALTER USER postgres PASSWORD
'xxxxx'"

Could somebody please help me? Plus, MSF3.4 is working OK.
OS: winxp sp2
AV: Avira AntiVir Personal(already disabled)
