Fuzzer with integrated debugger

Has anyone come across any fuzzing tool with build-in debugger so that
it can detect overwrite of register on the fly (or through some
scripting to achieve this)? not sure whether this is a feasible
feature. This is mainly for fuzzing  game client-end application for
overflow bugs.
