I swapped the IP addresses for Best and TLG yesterday 
in preparation for disconnecting Best's DS3/FDDI connection
to MAE-West in favor of TLG's 100Mbps FDDI link.  Some TLG San Jose
to world traffic may travel over the link until the DS3
is converted to a point to point link.  It's not really a lot
of traffic.  The Alternet hops are just the transit hops to other networks.

I am sending out an email to all peers with the updates today,
just was too busy to do it sooner :-/
