cisco equipment discussions on nanog list

not that it seems to matter to anyone that much, but the reason that the 
"cisco-nsp () cic net" list (now "cisco-nsp () iag net" I believe) was created
was so cisco specific service provider questions/discussions like this wouldn't 
clutter the nanog list.
