Atlanta <--> Jax Fiber Outage?

I'm noticing severe reachability problems on the Jacksonville, FL <-->
Atlanta, GA links.  The issue appears to be a fiber cut (or a partial
fiber cut) between my upstream and Sprint Atlanta.  Can anyone confirm
this outage?
