That's not true... The crossroads product doesn't limit you to other crossroads customers. You can send traffic intra-gateway, to customers at other L3 gateways and offnet (transit). You're billed at different rates based on destination to make it and advantage to keep traffic on net. -cpIt's cheap ($160/meg I've heard) and you can only talk to others in the XRoad.
