Sprint/ILAP problems in Toronto

Is anyone on this list in the Sprint NOC in Toronto?  We've got an ILAP
connection, and ILAP is having major problems with Sprint (which basically
is killing our connection)  I haven't been able to get any ETA's when this
situation will be resolved.
