Cachibility analysis software ?

Hi nanog,

Can anyone tell me is there any tool to analysis if a web site is
cachable ?
Or now many content in a given site is cachable ?  

What's more,  if router does not support WCCP, how can a cache work with
him ? Any suggestion ?
