Teleglobe / Bell Nexxia nexthop problems ?

I am not a direct customer of either of them, but have a lot of endpont 
sites in Quebec which go through 6543 and 577. Anyone from either of those 
networks know whats up ?   Since we usually go through Chicago to reach 
them, this is the only reason we noticed.  There are other prefixes 
involved, not just the /16
