I found the issue. I found that one of the techs had applied the service-policy against an interface that is on the 6-CT3 line card. This caused the error I found. I took out the service policy applied and applied the tx-cos command and problem fixed. Michael Ruiz mruiz () telwestservices com <mailto::mruiz () telwestservices com>
