Multicast is perfect for a live event. Unicast is best for "on demand" viewing of something. An event such as today's wedding, a conference viewed in real-time, a sports event, etc. is well-suited for multicast.
Great. So, as I asked earlier (as yet unanswered): I have in my hand an NTSC video cable and an XLR with audio. How do I hook that to the mbone? :-) Cheers, -- jra
