They're spoofed packets. There's no way for anyone outside your AS to
know which of your customers the packets came from. It's not
particularly easy to trace inside your AS either.

wasn't laszlo joking and sort of making a point about sdn/api/etc
usage by customers willy-nilly in your network? (which was sort of my
point about customers influencing TE in your network as well)
