I'm looking for a new consumer router to offer our customers that has GigE ports and supports IEEE 802.11ac, and all the products that our reseller and their partners have suggested don't have IPv6 Ready certification or the vendor can't confirm they meet RIPE's 554 document. D-Link has a long list of approved products, but I chose to stop using their products for other reasons. If any can recommend a mid-range consumer router that you think would meet our needs, please drop me a note off-list. Ideally, it would be nice if the UNH/IOL and/or CEA could come up with a meaningful definition of IPv6 support and a logo to go with it that we could tell consumers to look for on the box. Ideally, this would be a set of standards that users of the logo agree to abide by rather than a fee-based testing regime that excludes smaller players.
You mean something like the IPv6 Ready logo at http://www.ipv6ready.org ?
