Hi, Just worked with couple of those in the RIPE list. Giving you the name off list might be better. If you don’t have yet anything from RIPE or APNIC, you can get a /22. You’ll have, at least, to subscribe as an LIR and pay the fees. It will be much less expensive than buying with a broker. You’ll still have the Geo Localisation issue if you want to use it in US.
