Well, they have to power to push out net neutrality. This intentional blocking of tunneling customers because their crap method of geo-location can't be used and thus hinders advancement of the internet (IPv6) is something that should disallowed.
you omitted the "in my opinion." the facts are that o netflix is under serious pressure from media, from whom they have i lot of legal pain, to restrict distribution geographically. you may want to take this up with the media folk. o tunnels, including HE's, prevent neflix from geolocating the user. o the HE v6 tunnels are a hack which, while it helps many folk get almost-ipv6, is still a hack and has many undiserable consequences. this is only one. for many folk, the benefits are worth the consequences. this does not make the sow's ear into a silk purse. o screaming at netflix may be cathartic, but it ain't gonna get you or anyone else anywhere. but i guess nanog needs the message traffic. randy
