Take-Two Interactive Software NOC Contact

Network Engineer for a small ISP here. Our customers seem to be having connectivity issues with Take-Two Software, 
specifically NBA 2k20. Traceroute makes it to Akamai Prolexic before being dropped. Does anyone have contact info for 
someone at Take-Two?
