Its always amusing to read company filed comments which don't match claims
in their marketing and sales websites. Advertising and streaming marketing PPTs boast how they can target consumers with dynamic advertising inserts by DMA, city, zip code, etc. Their sales pitches proclaim consumers are cordcutting, and no longer watch "linear" programming. But magically, the same thing is technically infeasible to do in their FCC filings.
