Nmap 2.08

Lamont Granquist has found a bug big enough to prompt another "brown paper
bag" release.  The bug can cause nmap to appear to "freeze up" for long
periods of time when run on some busy networks.  A couple people have
reported segmentation faults -- this fix *may* help that problem -- try it
out and let me know.

Let me know if you still have problems.  If you aren't having any
problems, it may not be worth downloading.
