NMAP stub update

I've updated the nmap stubs. Well, only the Perl version.
It now reads in NMAP v2.07 machine output.

It will also provide information on smurf responses and port state.
Unfortunately, the parsing code grew to a whole 5 lines. :)

The main web/info page is www.acu.umb.edu/rfpuppy. The scripts
themselves can be FTP'd from ftp.acu.umb.edu/pub/nmapstub, or HTTP'd
from www.angio.net/security/rfp.
The newest (perl v2) script is nms2.pl.

In case everyone's in a fog as to what exactly the point to the stub
is...they give you easy ways to work with the same information NMAP
provides without having to code your stuff into NMAP. It also allows
you to see what the output of NMAP is and edit to suit your needs,
before you feed it back into your code to do whatever.

Plus, utilities like nlog can use the stubs to get the information into
a structure that then can be converted into a specific format, like the
nlog DB (although nlog already does a fine job). :)

Suggestion for Fyodor:
Just like in the human readable output, can you put the NMAP banner and
command line flags as the first line in the machine output as well?
That way we can code 'intelligent' scripts than can adapt to the type of
scanning, as well as any version issues. I know this is easy to code
(one line). :)

Cheers,
