nlog 1.5 released

The last 1.x version of nlog has been posted to http://nlog.ings.com .  All
further development will be towards SQL integration and a full network
management suite.  As always, I am looking for suggestions to improve nlog
and any suggestions for new features should be mailed directly to me.  1.5
supports the new -m log files (2.06 and up) and has a few new features and a
better organization structure for the configuration file.  One of the new
features allows you to load a database file from a URL with either the
perl-www library or using lynx.
