A couple of quick notes:

PHNE_16832 is for 10.20.  If you're running 11.0 it probably won't hurt to
install PHNE_17027.

Also, you can now get HP's syslogd to not listen on the network:

10.20 see PHCO_21022
11.0 see PHCO_21023

look for the -N option.
