Nmap a box via SMS

I just thought I'd let everyone know that I'm currently working on an SMS version of nmap... SMS if you're unaware,
stands for Short Message Service -- a text based service offered by mobile operators to allow GSM users to 'message'
each other. Anyways, the version I'm working on (development is at the 80% stage already), will make use of smsd (a
package that ships with gnokii (http://www.gnokii.org)), a GSM handphone (like a Nokia 6110), a Linux box (obviously!),
the data cable and that's about it, oh yes, and PERL. Anyways, the application will listen on the incoming interface
for the phone, and look for messages originating from a predefined phone number (for example, the sys admin's cellular
phone number), and grabs the text from the incoming message that will contain an IP address, it then feeds this
information to nmap and the resulting scan result, is pumped back into the phone and out again to the system admin's
hands. I'm also working on another version that will allow a sysadmin to get perhaps current workload numbers from the
box, and get it fed back to their phones, but that's another story all together. Suggestions and Feedback on the 'idea'
would certainly be welcome...
