The iphlpapi lib is a standard MS file (the import library for iphlpapi.dll) that doesn't come with VC6 (just the SDK which is a BIG download). The iphlpapi folder in nmap simulates this import lib in only a few K)

I thought this was fixed in beta 15 or 16 (the iphlpapi.dsp project should automagically build iphlpapi.lib if needed). Also, all nmap-* files are copied to the release directory so that you can easily run the nmap executable without extra copying or moving of files. I'm looking forward to trying this out.
