Uptime in XML output bug/patch

As I have not found where the uptime information should be inserted,
I insert it in the os section with the child name "uptime", and the two
attributes "uptime" (number of seconds since reboot), and "lastreboot"
(number of seconds from epoch to last reboot)

I suspect this will have to be changed, so this is only to get the ball
rolling on this bug.
