Fyodor, there is a common problem in how autoconf tests time
functions on HP-UX which causes build to fail:

nbase.h:276: conflicting types for `gettimeofday'
/usr/include/sys/time.h:485: previous declaration of `gettimeofday'
gmake[1]: *** [snprintf.o] Error 1

That's because the test includes limits.h which includes
sys/time.h on HP-UX11.x

These are patches for configure.ac but TMTOWTDI of course.
