Nmap 3.45 Windows workspace/project files

Between Nmap versions 3.3 and 3.45 the Windows workspace/project files
jumped from VC++ 6.0 to V.NET 2003.  You cannot open the files with anything
other than V.NET 2003.  V.NET will not do it.  My request is to maintain
some backwards compatibility for a while.  I would like to see a VC++ 6.0
file set available (V.NET can easily convert this to it's own format).
