BSD[U]FIX macro update

hi - 

would it be possible to add " || OPENBSD" to nmap.h and tcpip.h in
the BSD[U]FIX macro defs? if not, it'll stay a local patch for us.

on a separate note, i've noticed a few comments about OpenBSD in
the source(nmap.h and tcpip.h) - before i dig in, are these still
valid for only OpenBSD, or do other OS's do the same, or is it not
issue these days? i'll start digging in soon otherwise.

and one last question, is there anoncvs/cvsweb to development source?
or is it only through the snapshot dists?
