Windows XP SP2 Problem

Hi all,
I've been using nmap for several months with no problems at all.
Starting last week however, when I run nmap, it returns:

This occurred on nmap 3.93 3.94.
I'm using a wireless connection, which is working great.
Does anyone have suggestions for fixing this problem, or reasons for this
happening?
