I haven't had any trouble with either.

Take care,

Tabs can be defined in any good editor to meet your preferences, with spaces
you are stucked...

I know that it can easily be changed with indent(1), but if I create a patch
it will match the whole file, not just the changes...

Pablo

Unless if you are refering to something else?

Plus, if you don't like it ... You can change it with any modern
editor with one button press/command.

Take care,
Sina

Subject: Indentation

Hi people

I was about to make some changes within the code in nmap 3.95 and a
question pop-up.

Why is the indentation in nmap source code like that? I don't want to
start a discussion on K&R vs. GNU, etc. but wouldn't at least be nice
to have tab indentation within the source for more confortable viewing
across different editors and preferences?

Best regards,
Pablo
