Any chance that all of the patches will be applied to the latest development release that you mentioned should be coming out this week? Sean -----Original Message----- So with all of Priit's changes to port Nmap to GTK2, is anyone interested in testing it on Windows? I compiled it for Windows about 5 years ago with GTK1 (http://seclists.org/lists/nmap-dev/2001/Jan-Mar/0000.html). The results weren't very satisfactory (GTK problems, I think). But maybe the situations has improved a lot by now. Don't the Gimp, Gaim, Ethereal, and other popular open source GTK applications now work reasonably well on Windows? If anyone gives this a try, please let us (nmap-dev) know how well it works and what changes (if any) you needed to make.
